Guest speakers

There will be two speakers at the 30-40+ Blogger Meet on Monday 16th May:

Nayna McIntosh, CEO and founder of Hope

Catherine Summers, fashion blogger at Not Dressed As Lamb (the host)

Nayna McIntosh - Hope CEO and founder

Nayna McIntosh is the CEO and founder of Hope, a direct-selling fashion brand that targets women over 40. A former Marks & Spencer executive, Nayna's womenswear collection is designed to empower and inspire the 40 plus woman:

"Creating Hope was about doing something to put right what many fashion brands and retailers are missing. It was about utilising my years of experience to create a brand for the 40 plus woman that is right for today. I have empathy with this woman because I am this woman."

Her talk - "The Hope Story" - will be especially relevant for bloggers in their 30s, 40s and older who often feel ignored by brands amongst the sea of 20-somethings. Her experience and wealth of knowledge will make for a fascinating talk and insight into how the mind of this successful woman works!

Catherine Summers - Not Dressed As Lamb fashion blog

Catherine Summers is the 40+ fashion blogger behind the award-winning style blog Not Dressed As Lamb and the host of the event. Having turned full-time professional blogger three years ago, she hopes to inspire other older bloggers and show them that age can actually be an advantage, not a disadvantage, in the blogging world. Her talk "How to Win At Blogging" (with Q&A) will explain some of the strategies that she has implemented during her five years as a blogger to get to where she is today, working on major brand campaigns and reaching out to and interacting with thousands of women across the globe.
